Chicago-based contractor Western Utility is proud to announce the appointment of Bill Sanchez, director of business development, to the Board of Trustees of the Greater Illinois Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The Society mobilizes people and resources in an effort to end this disease that destroys the central nervous system forever.

Sanchez is a construction industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the business. As director of business development for Western Utility, he is responsible for planning, modifying, implementing and overseeing marketing strategies geared toward reaching sales goals, accumulating clients and growing the company. Sanchez has delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in business to his employers throughout his career. He received a B.S. in civil engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and is a member of the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA). He lives in New Lenox, Ill., with wife Dianne and son Aiden.
